the Fab 4~ *..*

kumasan had a little fever running along with the rest of the 3.
sounds like some musketeer illness,
but it is fairly common for anyone (during this time of the year)
to fall ill with flu, fever, sorethroat and cough.

i, on the other hand, am still strong.

not developing any of those....bone and eye sore symptoms which shall eventually lead to the musketeers illness. ^^
this means that i am HEALTHierrrrrr and
Stronger in immunity than kumasan! ^^!
tee hee....

but nevermind all that.... i can take care of dear kumasan ^^
feed him loads of fruits and raw celery! muahahaha ^^"

i think i need a blind poll from you guys out there...

Which do you guys think a knee length, inverted pleats, all round skirt will be nice in;

Deep Navy Blue?
Red Tartan?Medium Light shade of Grey? OR
Burberry Checkered textile.?

Figure~``Draw

this....
is my sketch on my Daler-Rowney.
After trying out multiple posing figures, this is the popular pose that i had been creating. ^^
Anyways...
i wasn't planning to blog.
Cos' i don't have much to write about.. other than school stuffies.
School,...
wasn't too bad. Kinda fun...i mean... all of the classes, this week.

Only one thing that i have been pondering about.
Well, Lin Lin made a statement about my bag's content.
she said that the things that i have in my bag really gives her the impression
that it's a kiddies bag...

A Sushi Filled Day to Remember

Just when you think the below pictures are taken at a Japanese restaurant, hah, think again! Which restaurant actually serves you sake sushi topped with mayo and tonnes of ebiko, Ebiko sushi showered with Sakura powder, or even such colourful & tantalizing onigiris?

The day started with Usagi and I making our earliest round of grocery shopping at One Utama, Jaya Jusco. We were pre- stocked with Japanese rice, onigiri powder, seaweeds, QP mayo and vinegar before that day, thankfully shortening down our shop list. Then again, afraid that we might run into insufficiency, we bought more seaweeds and vinegar, besides settling down on some crab filamens, fresh ebiko, slices of salmon sashimi and sakura powder. My oh my, the cost of this kitchen activity is way over the amount I expected. But it was all worth it!

We cooked the rice and mixed in the vinegar, sugar & salt. We tasted the rice so often to make sure the taste was just right, that I was probably 1/4 full by then. Later on, due to my noobiness in rolling and shaping the rice, I ended up having both my hands covered in sticky rice. I then had to lick my fingers clean *cough* (I washed my hands right after ok!). Usagi did most of the rolling while I was trying to make myself look busy hehe :p

Before you guys start drolling all over your keyboards, let me tell you that our sushi beats Sushi King, Genki Sushi or any other sushi parlour around town, hands down! :D So for any of you who are dying to try some delicious & authentic sushi, drop by and remember to bring along all the necessary ingredients :p

For now, enjoy these mouth-watering pictures haha! Thanks to those who were able to try some of em, you are the lucky ones :)

(*-*)~`

o~
i just woke up from a very bad sleep...
actually....i don't know if anyone of you have had this experience before or not...

well, it goes like that...
you are tired, so, you decided to get a nap.
after a few hours, your mind wakes you up.

the thing is that, you are awake... but your body won't answer your wakeup call..
and you lie on the bed, struggling to get your limbs moving...
i just experienced that.
....
terrible.
it wasn't my first time ....
i had it the last time, around the end of last year.

,my dream was equally weird out too...
i dreamt about this wizard who rides on a carriage and goes around this small town.
i was living in the Middle Earth kind of place,
except that there weren't any dwarves of halflings..
but humans and elves were all around me.
the wizard will make his rounds to another place where there is a nice calm view
and nobody else can go there without his guide.
that place lie in between this tunnel and any human who goes throught the tunnel in search of this place will never be able to find it.
i merely thought that it was because 0f the wizard's soccery that the door to that place will open.
so, i will ask permission from the wizard to follow him to that place on his carriage
almost every other time,
and come back to the small town with him, on his way back.

kumasan was not around me.
but i was thinking of bringing him there as well...
it as if i knew that he went somewhere far...like an adventure or j0urney
and i was missing him while he was away.
i spent my days visiting this place to waste my time
and hope to see him back home, everytime i return from the calming place.
><"
gosh..
maybe i just had too many RPG games rolling in my mind since i was 8 years old.
any comments on this? ^^"

the Quiz says:

Could it be any better? You're the one, you're Hello Kitty!
You're totally loved and lovely. You're the one person people know they can count on.
But bear in mind that even though you're only three apples tall, you can speak up!

Updates

It's been close to a million years since I popped something in here due to my career transition (which I believe is just my excuse) and the lack of blog motivation :X

Exactly a month (minus 2) into my new job, I'm getting a hang of it. The previous 4 weeks had been a tremendous learning period for me ever since uni! Technical training for 28 days, inclusive of tests and 100% concentration is really tiring :( Then again, the on-going food flow helped tonnes (NOT! - the food sucks, to a certain extend)

Basically what I really benefited from the entire intensive course were the new friends I made. They came from all over the APAC and Middle East Asia regions - Thailand, Phiilliippiinneess (sp? hah!), Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka. The experience was wonderful. Imagine having professionals from all over the world (with fantastic characteristics) sitting in one class for an entire month! I learnt soo much from each and everyone of them. However, relationships tend to get heated up at the very end, like in many cases. The last day was the most memorable one, with us going for dinner at Spring Garden, KLCC and lotsa lotsa lotsa photo taking. The finale was pretty quick and painless nonetheless, shook hands and bid farewell.

Love gave me a surprise on the first day of my job in KLCC. She took the bus and the LRT just to come see me :p (going to Kinokuniya was just an excuse I bet HAHAHH! - *dodges her butt slap*) I have officially forbid her coming to KLCC by those means hehe...terribly dangerous! (maybe with some exceptions lol). Ah...love her!

Sometimes I tend to have memories flushing into my mind, reminding me of the times when I was in Melbourne. I enjoyed myself to the fullest, no doubt about that. One day, I hope love and I can live through my memories once again in Melbourne. A great city to be in, I must say. Oh well, we'll see how things goes :)

Till then, next post coming real sooooonnn!

lunch at 4.30 pm!

woow...
today is the best day ever!
Yoke Har got down to make her bestest ever dish!
Okonomiyaki,Croquette,Hambagu,Oden,salada and of course,ohagi
(Adzuki red bean rice cakes)!
it was the best of the best!
it's so impossible!
she did everything from scratch!
well, can't blame her for the Kelp base in the Oden tho....they did their grocery late,
didn't have enought time to do EVERYTHING
but SHE actually DID!!! EVERYTHING!!!except the kelp soup base (negligable)
^^
we bought her and Kok a HAkutsuru to taste...
hope she liked it!
the lunch was supposed to be at 2 pm.
it was delayed to 2 hours later.. and about another 30 minutes to bring veeryone to the table to dig in.
i was supposed to take some pics....
><"
wasn't feeling too good on my first day of my spotted week...
so, didn't take any shot.
well, i think kok did... ^^
maybe he'll have to send me the pic and then i'll post it up.
great day though ^^ (except for the partially retarded pain)
thanks to yokehar and Kok.
