3.5"
finally got a completed look of my dinner gown in taffeta.
this piece.... right down here;
this piece.... right down here;
it's swarovski. not many choices they had. but this one is the okay for the price and looks.
there was another design that i particularly loved.
it reminded me of the British heir.... it's like platinum plated diamonds,
shaped of a knot ribbon , beautifully sitting on the fringe of the pretty painted toes.
that piece, had a big bad price tag. so, i dropped it.

Back at home, found 3 little sleepy heads on our back ceiling.
one flew away at the later part of the day.
i was just a few hours late of getting hold of pap's kodak cam. ><"
Pap chased them away a few days before, but they came back, loving the spot even more.
how did i know of that part?
check out what they had left at the pther end of the ceiling (vertical view).

Ko po ma looks very happy.
she is actually the main focus of this shot, taken by bee choo khor.
i was a very nice shot. cos' ko po ma has got very bad hearing problems nowadays and tends to get
distant with us, especially when there are conversations going on.
hope she lives long and well till he grandchildren in UK start to have their own family.
that will be nice. (^^)

This is the "X" mark
chinese new year is near.
didn't really feel the mood sipping into me this year...
why?
too many school assignments to handle. don't think i can really enjoy much.
wasn't feeling well too... for the past week.
been having fever, off and on. 39°C out on the streets. and.... feeling very very tired.
top the tiredness with the worst... can't sleep.
Anyways... enough about the downhill week...
let's talk about the mark of the start of a chinese celebration of ushering the new year. piggy rite?
yesterday night, we had a reunion dinner with kumasan's coleagues.
there were about 21 of them.
they were so enthu" about the "Yee Sang" bit. they did it twice. there were 2 tables.
i didn't manage to snap pictures.. but all of them were crazy. non looked like proffesionals at all.^^"
so, these are the snaps that i took.
dunno what is this called.. some kailan thingy.
erm... a prawn and praymantis combined looking creatures.
toufu. very nice. like it. ^^
clams. didn't touch these. but kumasan said it was just normal tasting clams.
tasted like cuttle fish... not cure what it is... some seafood.
other than the ones that i snaped. we had a late salted egg crab plus and additional oh-so-salty "Bambi" meat.
and. fried rice, since our rice didn't come.
the only thing i enjoyed was, looking at giant seamonsters displayed in the centre of the seafood hall with kumasan, holding me.
the crabs are humongus, squatting like a king.
some japanese snails......round round and cute cute
gigantus tongue sticking-out creatures......it is called Geoduck...if i have not forgotten..
some nice pearl oysters...
some electric eels....quite fat. like the ones we get to see in Disney's The little mermaid's villian.
^^ i wouldn't go back there to have seafood.
i would, instead go back there to visit those seamonsters.

Food from the past week.
The Egg Tart.
this morning, i had Egg Tart that aunty yoke bought.
very very nice indeed.
so,
The Waffle
i made waffles for everyone!
Kumasan isn't here to enjoy it, a waste of taste indeed! ^^
but the rest of the family and a lucky neighbour savored the fluffy bit.
The Marmalade Cafe
The Marmalade Cafe- tofu salad
mum brought me to Bangsar Village, last thursday.
looking for dinner, we dined in the Marmalade.
made famous by their Big Scrumptious cakes,
i've had always wanted to dine in their's
i took a salad off the menu (with dressings on the side,of course)
The Marmalade Cafe- Salmon Spagetti
and mum went straight to the Salmon.
that props it's weight on the swirling strands of spagetti.
The Marmalade Cafe-cute cushion seating
The Marmalade Cafe- ferris wheel~
The cushions on the seat was so cute,
i took some 8 shots of it.
and mum commented on the people,
digging into their plate.
Ah Yat Abalone's Place
sorry about the last few,
that i cannot still remember their names.
dim sums, we had for brunch
on the thursday morning itself.
off we went, in search of littles for my
school Bridal project...
and thus the day ended , with my tired feet
and drooping shoulder
with kumasan in my thoughs
in every second of my time to nil.
