prep to the maximum efforts
there were happy & unhappy moments today.
it was such a rush today, that was an un-happy moment...
but kumasan made today a super nice day!
he brought me to Tiffany's,
went to sea park to get some felt,
and then we came home and relaxed a bit in the living room.
i munched up his last piece of sticky peanut pudding without his consent and sat on the living room couch
while kumasan had his face stuck on a bag of Nachos and his hand on the remote.
we slacked around a bit before hitting the kitchen to cook up the chic nuggets that we bought from Tesco, yesterday night/ past midnight.
The recipt was by kumasan himself^^"
not too bad .. but must be eaten instantly right after cooking it up for a crispier feel of the nugget.
it wasn't actually that simple, preparing the nuggets,i mean.
kumasan's aunt helped frying it and spread it on kitchen towels to soak up excess oil.
then, kumasan had chedder cheese topped on the nuggets and some sprinkle of fine chopped basil leaves and oregano.
the nuggets are then put into the oven.
the chedder melts and it is ready to be served!
kumasan and i had the first hand on trying out the nuggets. nicE!
we were actually preparing the nuggets for a potluck.

i had fun.....just too much food.
i didn't get to taste Kok Hoe's Pesto spagetti and Kean Wei's Lamb Stew....^^"

just like what we have guessed, wenwey is gonna announce his engagement with Akiko. We all understand it my friend, the child cant wait !! I will start saving some money for the Full Month dinner ang pao.
